How do I order?
You can order one of two ways: on our website http://www.propane-express.com/ or calling 877-764-7455. Our toll free number operates 24 hours. If the line is busy, please leave a message and we will call you back. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How soon will I receive my order?
If you order a replacement tank or new tank for delivery by 5 PM, your rep will deliver the tank by 5 PM the next day. We deliver 6 days a week but you must have your order in by 3 PM Friday for a Saturday delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Do you deliver everywhere?
Currently, we deliver in Houston west of I-45, south to 59, Katy, Cypress, Tomball, north to the Woodlands. Please contact us at 877-764-7455 if you would like a delivery but are not sure if it is within our delivery area. We will deliver to commercial accounts ordering more than 3 tanks at a time anywhere in the Houston Metro area inside of Beltway 8. We are looking for additional reps to cover other areas of Houston. What must I do for a delivery?
Please have your tank disconnected and outside your back yard gate. We will not reconnect your tank unless we are doing a Grill Doctor Special. Please let us know if we should be aware of pets or any special circumstances concerning your delivery.
What is the Grill Doctor Special?
The Grill Doctor Special is a "checkup" for your barbecue grill. Our technicians make sure your grill is clean, safe and ready for you to use for backyard entertaining and meal preparation. We check for problems such as worn hoses and proper air adjustment and clean the exterior. We alert you to worn or defective parts that should be replaced and give you an estimate of the cost to repair. We also provide a full tank of gas so that you are set for the barbecue season. We recommend you clean your grill at least once a year to avoid the danger of fire and malfunction. We are the grill professionals who come to you! We know you "Live to Barbecue".
Do you assemble barbecue grills?
We come to your home and assemble your new grill, saving you hours and headaches. We bring you a full tank of gas so you don't have to run out and face the hassle of finding someone to open the locker, wait in line to pay, and then lug the heavy (40-50 lbs) tank to your car and then unload it at home. Do you handle commercial accounts?
We welcome commercial accounts such as restaurants, bars, caterers, etc that have special needs. We can sell or rent you mosquito foggers, patio heaters, or barbecue pits. We can handle as many tanks as your business requires. We are the grill specialists who come to you! We offer discounts for orders of 4 tanks or more at a time. Are you certified and licensed?
We are certified and licensed by the Railroad Commission of Texas, the state organization that oversees the sale of propane, propane tanks, and propane appliances. Our Railroad Commission license number is 13360. The Railroad Commission can be contacted at 800-64CLEAR.
